Develop a case study that describes a scenario that would benefit from the habits (knowledge, skills, approach) presented in Part 3. This can be based on a real-life situation with which you are familiar or it can be totally fictional. Either way, you case study should offer enough detail so that the reader can see how a change in paradigm (Think Win-Win) and use of empathic listening could lead to a new “Third Alternative”
