- What are the respective measurements?
- Business rationale for each metric
- How can Information Technology enable metric measurement?
Complete an assessment of the following questions, addressing each of the questions.
- What customer satisfaction metrics and measurements are directly attributed to a Supply Chain organization?
- Define at least 2 metrics related to customer satisfaction. One must relate to the transportation function. Describe the importance of each. How can a company measure the customer feedback and satisfaction in a product based distribution company?
- You may need to research and/or contact supply chain leaders to obtain practical knowledge on the questions to fully participate. Net Promoter Score is an emerging customer experience assessment tool.
Develop a minimum 4-page paper that examines the topic addressing all questions with at least two references and bibliography. The cover page, abstract and bibliography are not included in the count of the number of pages.
