Develop a business name that will serve as an effective brand (will your company name be customer-driven, product/service-driven, industry-driven, or personality/image-driven).
You also need to develop a mission statement for your unique business. Review examples of mission statements in Chapter 4 from Google, Starbucks, Amazon, and Facebook. When you are writing your mission statement think of the number one reason you decided to start this business, or what you want people in the community to think of as it pertains to your business, or how you hope your business impacts customers' lives.
