Discussion Post: Project Management Process
Read and reflect on the assigned readings. Then post what you thought was the most important concept(s), method(s), term(s), and/or any other thing that you felt was worthy of your understanding in each assigned textbook chapter.
Also, provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:
• Develop a budget for the project "getting an undergraduate degree." Explain your assumptions and your analysis.
• Assume that you are in charge of developing your state's department of transportation budget. Write specific instructions for project managers in your department to facilitate a bottom-up budgeting process.
