Question: Develop a 8 page proposal for an action research project you will conduct with a real life/hypothesized organization of your choice (your client). In your proposal, identify one critical issue that is of the concern of your client. Describe the significance of the identified issue; and design an action research project you and your client will engage in co-addressing the issue. Be specific about the research methods and processes to be followed (i.e., what sample you will recruit and how you will collect data).
