Determining the radius of the sphere

The electric potential at the surface of the uniformly charged sphere is around 475 V. At a point outside the sphere at a radial distance of 19.0 cm from the surface, the electric potential is 130 V. (The potential is zero much far from the sphere.) Determine the radius of the sphere, and find out the charge of the sphere?
