Q1. For a project in which you are planning a campus event with a well-known speaker, identify and quantify risks and develop contingency plans for major risks.
Q2. For one of the risks identified in question 1 construct a cause and effect diagram to determine possible root causes. Determine which of the possible root causes are probable. Describe how you would test each probable root cause to determine if it really is a root cause.
Q3. For the risks identified in question 1 trigger conditions that indicate each risk may be about to happen.
