Nova Restaurant was formed under the company JDRK. Originally there were four partners who each bought in and were given a percentage of ownership. Prior to opening, the partners brought in a fifth partner and gave him a percentage of ownership. Buy-in details are below as well as a listing of assets. At this point,

Kelly - received 17.75% ownership for equipment he provided (valued at $14,000) but Nova Restaurant paid his back taxes of $6,000 and provided him with a personal loan of $3,500 which has not been paid back.

Darren - received 17.75% ownership for an original buy-in of $12,000.

JD - received 23.75% ownership for an original buy-in of $20,000.

Robert - received 25.75% ownership for an original buy-in of $25,000.

Matthew - received 15% ownership for an original buy-in of $40,000.

Currently, there are approximately $75,000 of liquid assets in the company account.
