Determining the amplitude of the oscillation

A .45 kg mass is attached to a spring with a spring constant of 3 N/m. The other end of the spring is attached to a solid wall. The mass is moved so that the spring is stretched and the mass is +0.02 m from its equilibrium position. The mass is then given a "kick" so that it has an initial velocity of +0.08 m/s.

a) what is the amplitude of the oscillation?

b) what is the kinetic energy of the system when the potential energy is zero?
