Based on the knowledge you have gained, what is the one program that all prison systems in the United States should develop and implement that you think would benefit the individual inmate and society at large the most. Q2. I am a member of the Arkansas Parole Board who is interviewing you for possible release from prison on parole after you have served 4 years on a 10 year sentence for a drug related conviction. Convince me (with a five point argument) in a well written SPEECH to let you out of prison early on parole - write it as if you were speaking to me. Be sure to explain, in detail, each of the five points of your argument.
