Determining how much is the spring compressed

A weather rocket of 10.3 kg produces a thrust of 240 N. The rocket, pointing upward, is clamped to the top of the vertical spring. The bottom of spring, whose spring constant is around 400 N/m, is anchored to the ground.

Primarily, before the engine is ignited, the rocket sits at rest on top of the spring. Determine how much is the spring compressed?

After the engine is ignited, find out the rocket's speed if the spring has stretched 30.0 cm?

For comparison, determine what would be the speed of rocket after traveling this distance when it weren't joined to the spring.
