XML data format encodes documents so that they are changeable to be efficient and flexible through automated processes. However, not all documents are suitable for representation in XML. Some of the benefits introduce complexities and costs that need to be understood in order to assess the pros and cons of adopting XML For example, some content management systems offer advanced capabilities for XML documents. Describe the features, benefits and costs which would determine whether a company would use these advanced XML features.
