The scenario described in discussion: To hire over 900 new Army Reserve Recruiters in 18 months, AND figure out how to slow down the attrition rate at the front AND back end. Whew, no small task indeed. The United States recruiting command is divided into five regions and the current strength was about 1050.
- Determine what skills you will need on the project team.
- Assuming that you will have the skills you identified for the project team, predict what skills you might need beyond those available on the team.
- Justify your choices of skills required to successfully complete this project.
