For this homework, you will research and identify a case study on the topic you chose. Be sure to look for a case study that is implementing evidence-based practice interventions or policy decisions based on EBP. This can be a case you experienced within your organization or one which you are familiar with from personal or other professional experiences.
Then, evaluate the evidence utilized and the appropriateness of the integration. Be sure to include the following:
1) Provide a background on the topic presented, including the proposed problem.
2) Explain the design of the research.
3) Determine what evidence-based practices were suggested.
4) Assess the measures or indicators utilized in the decision-making process.
5) Explain the result of integrating the proposed intervention.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
