My Self-confidence score was high which was surprising but I believe in part has to do with my educational growth gained from the Master's program for Organizational Leadership with Columbia Southern University. As I began this program in July of 2018, I could have never envisioned myself being two courses away from graduation. With being able to apply what I have learned through the courses into my professional career, my confidence in my skill set has grown on a daily basis. This confidence has also fueled my entrepreneurial spirit as I have become more determined to invest in my own business venture next year.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
