Determine they should be happy or concerned with the numbers

Problem

CSU Inc. is working to get into the electric truck market. They recently pioneered the "Viking", a fully electric semi with an 800-mile range on a single charge and a hauling and handling performance that is second to none in the trucking market. The Viking needs a weight in the front of the truck near the engine to counterbalance the weight of the battery pack in the back. This counterbalance is supposed to weigh 80 kg. The process produces weights with an average weight of 80.1 kg with a standard deviation of 0.81 kg. They have determined the average and standard deviation by taking 10 items per sample. The measure of confidence is 3, in line with 6 Sigma Quality. Calculate the Standard Error for the process. Calculate the Upper and Lower Control Limits. When taking samples every 30 minutes, CSU Inc. has found averages of 80.41, 80.22, 80.02, 79.45, 79.39, and 79.35 over the last 3 hours. Determine if they should be happy or concerned with these numbers and provide reasons. What can they do if there are issues?
