Determine the work done by the applied force

A block of mass 2.50 kg is pushed 2.20 m along a frictionless horizontal table by a constant 16.0-N force directed 25 degrees below the horizontal. Determine the work done by (a) the applied force, (b) the normal force exerted by the table, (c) the force of gavity, and (d) the net force on the block

A child on a boat throws a 5.40-kg package out horizontally with a speed of 10.0 m/s. Calculate the velocity of the boat immediately after, assuming it was initially at rest. The mass of the child is 26.0 kg and the mass of the boat is 55.0 kg.
