Determine the velocity of the air leaving the fan

Air flows steadily through an insulated 5 cm constant diameter duct fitted with a fan. The air enters the suction side of the fan at 27°C, 100 kPa with a velocity of 10 m/s. Two hundred ninety watts of electrical energy are supplied to the motor driving the fan. Assuming the motor-fan system to be 100% efficient and the air temperature increases 5°C, determine the velocity of the air leaving the fan. answer 142 m/s
