Determine the velocity in the minimum area section

Water flows through a venturi with piezometers attached to the upstream pipe and the minimum area section. the velocity in the upstream pipe is 1.40 m/s. The difference between the two water levels in the piezometers is 0.08m. Neglecting viscous losses, determine the velocity in the minimum area section. Prove if the velocity would be different if the venturi was at an angle of 20 degrees to the horizontal.
