A uniform cylinder having a radius of 15cm has been joined to 2 cords and the cords are wound around it and suspend from the ceiling. The cylinder is released from rest and the cords unwind as the cylinder descends. (i) Determine the acceleration of the cylinder? (ii) When the mass of the cylinder is around 2.6 kg, determine the tension in each cord?
