Determine the sinusoidal function which fits data

The number of hours of day light in the day can be modeled by the sinusoidal function. In northern hemisphere, longest day of year happens at summer solstice and shortest day happens at winter solstice. In 2000, the dates were june 20 (the 172nd day of the year) and December 21 (356th day of year). The town experiences 11.43 hours of sunlight at summer solstice and 7.71 hours of sunlight at winter solstice. Determine the sinusoidal function y= A sin(ωx-φ) +B which fits data, Where x is day of year. There were 366 days in year 2000.
