Determine the rejection region


For the level of significance 0.10 and given v1=20, v2=30, determine the rejection region which should be employed to test the null hypothesis sigma1^2 = sigma2^2 against the alternate hypothesis sigma1^2 > sigma2^2.

Since sigma1^2 is bigger than sigma2^2, would you find out the rejection region by using F (0.10, 20, 30) =1.67 instead of F (0.10, 30, 20) = 1.74?
