A training program is employed by the corporation to direct hirees to appropriate jobs. The program consists of two steps. Step I identifies 25% as management trainees, 60% as nonmanagerial workers, and 15% to be fired. In step II, 65% of management trainees are assigned to managerial positions, 30% are assigned to nonmanagerial positions, and 5% are fired. Also in step II, 65% of the nonmanagerial workers are kept in same category, 10% are assigned to management positions, and 25% are fired. Determine the probability that the randomly selected hiree will be designated management trainee but not be appointed to a management position?
