• Configuration Management, Accounting Management, Fault Management, and Security Management on decisions related to global network architecture. Explain the importance of each of these areas, specifically identifying their impacts in business decisions as it pertains to the company's network design. When would you consider outsourcing?

Determine the necessary Service Level Agreements (SLA) needed from your carrier services, along with the quality of service expectations required. Consider how the SLA will affect business and how you will measure performance against the SLA.

• Determine appropriate protocols to ensure needed quality of service, which will allow for needed priorities in the organization.
