Problem: Organization Behavior Report
Choose a job held by a member of your group or a company of your choice and design a recruitment strategy, this report asks that you:
1) Develop a job description, including, duties, tasks, and responsibilities, and the knowledge, skills, abilities and other competencies(KSAOs) required for success in the job
2) Develop an objective, non-discriminatory recruitment process in order to generate a pool of qualified candidates
3) Develop an objective selection process to determine the most appropriate candidate for the job.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
