The purpose of assignment is to encourage you to be intentional about your decisions and to become aware of the foundations for those decisions. To become a credible leader, you have to comprehend fully the deeply beliefs - values, principles, standards, ethics, and ideals - that drive you. You have to freely and honestly choose the principles that you will use to guide your decisions and actions. Then, you have to act in alignment with those values and express them clearly to others.
