A force P acts on a block having a mass of m with the block resting on a rough incline. The coecients of static and kinetic friction between the block and the incline are s and k, respectively. (a) Determine the minimum force P required to hold the block in equilibrium. (b) Determine the minimum force P required to initiate motion of the block up the incline. m = 10kg, (mu)s = 0.3, (mu)k = 0.1 and  = 30.
