A homogeneous and uniform rod of length 5 ft having weight 10 lb rests in the corner of the room. The coefficient of static friction among the rod and floor is (Us = .5). There is no friction between the rod and wall however there is an elastic force among the rod and the wall. Determine the minimum angle which the rod can make with the floor and still be in equilibrium?
