Determine the maximum torque which can act on copper wire

A long copper wire of 5.00 m consists of a cross-sectional area of 2.00 10-4 m2. The wire forms a one turn loop in the shape of the square and is then joined to a battery which applies a potential difference of 0.100 V. When the loops is positioned in a uniform magnetic field of magnitude 0.400 T then determine the maximum torque which can act on it? The resistivity of copper is 1.7 x 10-8 m.
