Steam enters a turbine at 40 bars, 440C, and 100 m/s through an pipe with a cross-sectional area of 0.050 m2. At the exit of the turbine the fluid has a quality of 90 percent at 0.03 bar, and a velocity of 200 m/s. Determine:

a) the mass flow rate

b) the exit area in square meters
