• Imagine that you are a senior manager in a large office. You had started as a quick-service restaurant delivery person and worked your way up to a production supervisor in an automobile plant. Determine the key skills that you gathered or learned in these past jobs that make you ready for this senior manager position. Provide a rationale for your response.
