Determine the highest speed at which the ball can move

A ball of 0.50 kg which is tied to the end of a 1.4 m light cord is revolved in the horizontal plane with the cord making a 30° angle, with the vertical.

(i) Find the speed of ball.

(ii) If, rather, the ball is revolved so that its speed is 4.0 m/s, determine what angle does the cord make with the vertical?

(iii) When the cord can withstand a maximum tension of 8.9 N, determine the highest speed at which the ball can move?
