a. Determine the fraction defective in each sample.
b. Estimate the mean and standard deviation of the sampling distribution of fractions defective.
c. Determine the control limits that would give an alpha risk of .025 for this process.
d. Construct an appropriate control chart and identify any observations that are not within control limits.
