How would you plan a complete reverse logistics strategy in a company?
a) Generate a list of all relevant activities, concepts, and/or steps for managing reverse logistics.
b) Determine the form of the map that you see as the most appropriate representation, as spider, hierarchical, flowchart, or system (see the first reading on concept maps). Justify your choice.
c) Construct your concept map using the software of choice.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
