Determine the fluorine from the unknown compound

An unknown compound composed only of phosphorous and fluorine was analyzed to estimate its chemical formula in the following way: 0.2324 g of solid compound was placed in a 378-mL rigid vessel. The compound was turned and heated gaseous without it decomposing. The pressure in the vessel due solely to the gaseous compound was determined to be 97.3 mmHg at the 77.0 ºC. The gas was then mixed with an aqueous solution of CaCl2. A 0.2631 g precipitate of CaF2 was produced. Suppose all the fluorine from the unknown compound has been incorporated into the CaF2.
