Statuary Hall is the elliptical room in United States Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. Room is also referred to as Whispering Gallery because the person standing at one focus of room can hear even whisper spoken by person standing at other focus. Student takes measurements of room and evaluates that dimensions of Statuary Hall are 45 feet wide by 94 feet long.
