A binary search was performed on the fi rst transition between codes 0 and 1 and found the code edge to be at 32 mV. A second binary search was performed and found the code edge between codes 6 and 7 to be 3.125 V. What is the average LSB size for this 3-bit ADC? What is the measurement accuracy of this test, in volts?
