Determine the diameter of the shaft using tresca

A solid shaft L 1.9 m long is supported between two bearings. The shaft rotates at 250 rpm. A 20 degree involute gear with PCD 312mm pitche circle diameter is keyed to the shaft at a distance of 150mm to the right of the left bearing. Two belt driven pulleys Pulley 1 and Pully 2 are located on the shaft at a distance of 500mm and 1200mm respectively to the left of right hand bearing. The diameter of Pully 1 and Pully 2 are 720mm and 586mm respectively. A power of 52Kw is supplied through the gear, out of which 60% is taken off at Pully 1 and remaining 40% from Pulley 2. The drive from Pully 1 is vertically downwards, while for Pully 2, the drive is horizontal. In both the cases, the belt ratio is 2 and the angle of overlap is 180 degrees. The factor of safety is 2.5 and Yeild strengh is 300 Mpa.
