Assess an organization's culture to improve alignment between the culture, mission, vision, values, and strategies.?You will be measured on how you assess the organization's culture as well as how your proposed decisions for improvements align to the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategies.
In a 7 slides presentation with visuals and speaker notes to the leadership of the organization you chose to explore, complete the following:
i. Assess the current culture within the organization at the time of your experience.
ii. Develop the Change Management Plan using Kotter's 8-Step model.
iii. Determine the desired outcome as a result of the proposed change.
iv. Analyze the alignment between the organizations, mission, vision, values, strategies, and the proposed Change Management Plan.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
