Use the case to determine the best diagnosis for each person. Roberta has this pervasive feeling that something bad may happen to her and her family. She has installed multiple locks on all her doors and windows in her home. Often thoughts of being robbed intrude in her thinking that causes her to check every lock in the house many times a day. Even after the locks have been checked Roberta must make sure each lock is secure at least twenty times for each lock. She can spend hours each night checking locks before she goes to bed at night. She often can't sleep for fear of not checking every lock and often gets up in the middle of the night to check again. 10. Ryan was 17 years old when he first experienced a major change in his behavior. His parents noticed it as well. One day Ryan never came home from school and was missing for three days. When the police found him he was incoherent, unable to communicate normally, and seemed to be withdrawn emotionally. The found him living in under a bridge. When asked why he left school and didn't return home he said
