Determine the angular speed of bar just after collision

A thin, uniform, metal bar of 2 m long and weighing 85 N, is suspending vertically from the ceiling by a frictionless pivot. All of a sudden it is struck 1.3 m beneath the ceiling by a small 3-kg ball, primarily traveling horizontally at around 14 m/s. The ball rebounds in the opposite direction having a speed of 7 m/s.
