Determine the allowable value of pi using

A cylinder, subjected to internal pressure Pi only, is made of cast iron having ultimate tensile strengths in tension and compression of σu = 350 MPa and σ'u = 630 MPa, respectively. The inner and outer radii are r and 3r. Determine the allowable value of Pi using (a) the maximum principal stress theory and (b) the Coulomb-Mohr theory.
