Determine the activation energy ea in kjmol of a reaction

Problem- 1) Determine the activation energy (EA, in kJ/mol) of a reaction for which the rate triples upon a temperature increase from 39oC to 50oC.

2) 7 volts is applied across a 1 meter length of silver filament. The filament diameter is 48 microns and the resistivity of silver is 1.59 x 10^-8 ohm-m. Calculate the current that will flow through the filament. Express your answer in amps.

3) The charge carrier density of GaAs at 26oC is 2.25x106 cm-3. What is the charge carrier density (in cm-3) at 176oC? The bandgap of GaAs is 1.42 eV.

How do I yet start setting this up? Thank you
