Determine temperature when thermal equilibrium is reached

An egg can be approximated as a 5.5cm diameter sphere. The egg is initially at a uniform temperature of 8C and is dropped into hot water at 75C in an insulated container with volume .001m^3. The density and specific heat of the egg are rho = 1020 kg/m^3 and c(p) = 3.32 kJ/kg*C. Determine the temperature when thermal equilibrium is reached and the amount of heat transferred to the egg. Energy absorption or release associated with any chemical and/or phase changes within the egg is negligible.
