Determine rate of heat transfer from steam to surroundings

On an oil tanker, saturated steam at 44 bar is supplied to deck auxiliaries through a steel pipe of 124 mm bore and 18 mm wall thickness. The pipe is lagged to a thickness of 120 mm, made up of two 60mm layers of insulation. The thermal conductivity of the inner layer of insulation is 0.1 W/mK and the thermal conductivity of the outer layer of insulation is 0.05 W/mK. The pipe has a thermal conductivity of 50 W/mK. The surface heat transfer coefficients for the steam film and air film are 550 W/m2K and 8 W/m2K respectively. If the ambient temperature is 10 OC, determine the rate of heat transfer from the steam to the surroundings over a 100 m length of pipe.
