A box of 6.2 kg is being lifted through means of a light rope which is threaded via a single, light, frictionless pulley which is joined to the ceiling.

(i) When the box is being lifted at a constant speed of 2.0 m/s, determine the power delivered by the person pulling on the rope?

(ii) When the box is lifted, at constant acceleration, from rest on the floor to the height of 1.6 m over the floor in 0.42 s, determine at what average power is delivered by the person pulling on the rope?
