Determine mean hydrostatic pressure on rising air bubbles

Problem

An aeration tank has the volume of 200m' with 4m depth. The experiment is conducted at 20 C for tap water. The oxygen transfer rate is 18.7 kg/hr.

i. Determine the oxygen solubility at 20'C and latm (oxygen in air is 21%),
ii. Determine the mean hydrostatic pressure on the rising air bubbles,
iii. Determine the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient in the liquid phase.
