Determine maximum energy which can be stored in capacitor

A parallel-plate capacitor is made from rectangular plates having length 47.00 cm and width 11.00 cm separated through a distance 2.30 mm. The space among the plates is filled with a dielectric having a dielectric constant of around 5.6. The capacitor will fail when the electric field surpasses 260 kV/m. Determine the maximum energy which can be stored in the capacitor.
