Continuing with your business venture you described in previous Assignments, consider the real property you have determined you must invest in or will need for your chosen business venture. (If you do not anticipate real life real property, hypothesize. You will at least have a location somewhere.) For this discussion, determine the legal and regulatory issues and obligations you face in securing that real property. If purchasing or leasing (or both), explain your steps of protection.
