• Leadership behavior derives from theory. It is observable behavior. Based off three leadership styles: (transformational, transactional and democratic) determine the leadership style of one male and one female public leader of your choice.
• In what way(s) does their leadership style align with two of the leadership theories (transformational, democratic, tranascational) discussed? Provide a rationale and support for your position.
